SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Express Shipping: 2–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over €50.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

International Shipping We ship within the EU. International shipping outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS POLICY

Timeframe You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item.

Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage cannot be returned.

How to Return Contact us at store@skytribe.de with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
